How would you spend 1200?

Break it down?

40g of fat is my limit generally looking for ideas

  • I would have cereal for breakfast, soup for lunch (no bread) and a good meal at night with vegetables and lean protein either pasta with chicken or chicken and vegetable stir fry, jacket potato and salad with a turkey breast!

    What foods do you like to eat?

    I like toast around 7.30ish with lurpak which I love the taste of today I had it with bacon mushrooms and egg I have 5oo cals left for tea I don't snack but making an effort to eat some nuts
  • If I'd got 500 for my dinner I'd probably have a chicken breast with some stir fry or tukey with tomato, onions, mushrooms, peppers and pasta all cooked and tossed together! Otherwise a yummy 2 egg omlette with mushrooms and sliced ham :-)

    Its hard to eat 1200 a day. That's why my post rarely say I've eaten under my daily amount. I try to keep breakfast around 300, eat a decent lunch (500-600) and a light dinner (300). Something like a bowl of cereal or soup. I do wake up hungry though.
