Anybody who goes to planet fitness do the machine the Arc, if so, how do you record it on your exercise? The same as the stair general treadmill one?

ditto to the whole post! I love Arc! I use an HRM, so I added it and just use that (I change the calories when necessary)

    i have this machine.

add it in yourself .. altho it should be in the database by now...if it isnt, just plug it in and use a HRM for your most accurate numbers.

I use an HRM for the ARC Trainer too. I find that I burn about 10% less than what the machine says.

I'm interested to know if what the machine says is anywhere near what your HRM says. I make sure to put my weight into the machine each time and don't want to be way over-calculating but don't have an HRM...yet.
