I went xmas shopping today, haven't been to that shopping centre in same manual chair since last year and last year I really struggled and was in pain the whole time. I had to be pushed some of way and we ended up cutting trip short... this year was much better.. I had loads more energy.. pushed myself around the entire way.. my back doesn't even hurt and its TOTM.. I was usually sandwiched between hot water bottles previously for first few days.

My legs are stronger I managed to transfer to a bench in changing rooms in Debenhams and stand and prop myself up against wall to pull trousers up. I'm in size 16 trousers AND top (from size 20 in June) and even got some 14-16 PJ's from Disney store and I fit in them - (was gonna save them for after xmas if I couldn't get in them yet but I'm wearing them!! )

I did try the yoga style jog pants in a 14 but they were a little too tight around top and a struggle for me to get up to be honest, I find it easier to get into baggier trousers. also bought myself a new winter duffel coat. I did fit in the 16 coat, but I like more room as a its a winter coat and I have to take my dog out in freezing cold, I often wear a really thick fleece over top of a woolly jumper then a coat over the top (I'm in yorkshire its really freezing here jan/ feb)

I know what size I am now so when these get too big I can always get some size 14's online, Got a smart outfit on xmas day I'll get a new pic taken when I've had hair done for xmas too. I didn't want to pressurise myself into having to drop another stone in 2-3 weeks to get into the 14's for xmas day as was hoping to take a break when I get to '2 stone lost' mark (I was about 3 lbs off when I lose the extra water form TOTM!) as I' ve been dieting since June... so planning to maintain for a few week (1 lb loss here and there is ok but not planning on doing really intense dieting & exercise again until after xmas now)

I'm planning to work on toning now and gentle exercises like pilates and callanetics to tone my tummy up.

Just have to see how knackered I am tomorrow now last year took me nearly a week to recover but I was exhausted by time I got home and I'm still full of energy and buzzing from the fact I'm sitting here in 14-16 PJ's!
