I started snacking on them a couple days ago and recently I've been getting breakouts on my skin.. Do Corn Nuts have a lot of bad oils?

Wow, you can pin point what makes you break out? I eat healthy and am breaking out. I'm assuming it's my body going through some kind of detox or hormonal changes. Then again, I've had acne since age 15. Sounds bad, but I still manage to look good. LOL Every now and then I get "smurfs" on my face trying to start little villages. That's my metaphor.

They are pretty much just corn, but because they are fried at very high heat they may be causing an allergic reaction regular corn doesn't cause. I knew a girl qwho got a rash from eating corn products, and I know roasted peanuts can trigger more allergies than blanched or boiled.

And BTW, thanks, now I want corn nuts.
