30 day shred Level 1 who's with me?

I am looking for people to do this with,
If your interested post your start weight (start of the shred), current weight, chest, waist and hip measurements. Copy the list above and paste it into your reply with your results at the bottom

Weigh in can be weekly on Thursdays and we can re-measure at the end of level 1.

I am officially on day 4 but I am willing to start again to do it together.

We can count DAY 1 tomorrow!!!

    I want to do it as well! I'm just waiting for my DVD to arrive by courier - my hand weights arrived this morning and apparently my HRM is on the way.

    I will only be able to do a 23 day shred, though, because I'm leaving for my holiday road-trip on 21 December.

    But I don't want to wait until next year to start it!

    I have severe baby brain, just copy peoples stats eg starT weight and copy it into yours to add your own :)

    Its a workout that Jillian Michaels put out, its a killer but well worth the pain if we are going to get results!!!

    Remember to make a note of your start weight and measurments so we can keep track each week.
