30 day shred calories burned???

Just finished J.M. 30 day shred for the 1st time (Level 1 workout). How do I put it into the fitness tracker? Do I have to breakdown how long was spent on the different exercises?

I just got my hrm and tried this one out. I only burn 142 in the first level- I'm 5'7 155lbs. That's why it's important to get a hrm! I think I overestimated it before.0
