I have a very demanding work schedule that involves bringing work home. How do I find time to excerise? I spend alot of my days on conference calls, and have brought my Kettle ball & Tension staps to work so I can do something other then sit my butt on my chair. Any suggestions?

I work between 60 to 80 hrs a week .. and I bike ... at my desk ! Look into a desk bike .. works like a charm ! I bike anywhere from 2 to 3 hours a day and burn 1000+ calories. I absolutely LOVE it !0

I think the desk bike suggestion is good...I am going to get one for when I am sitting with my husband watching my 20-30 minutes of TV a day...that way I wont have to kill myself at the gym...thanks for the advise...0

Just an idea try some leg weights they go around your ankles, when at work If a lot of walking is involve they come in different size and also small dumb bell may have to carry a gym bag but just a thought.0

Could you squeeze in a workout before work?
That is when I do mine usually, 5-6 am0 -
I know the feeling....working 10 hour days and coming home and still having more chores to do is sometimes overwhelming but just do what you can even if it's only 5 mins. Sneak in 10 mins before work, try taking a walk on your lunch break (if you get one). You will eventually find the time for YOU!! Before you know it, you will have it down pat. Good luck to you and also I sent you a friend's request if you would like extra support:) You can do this!!!0

You could also try a balance ball chair. I haven't tried one, but I know women who have and really like them.0

5 am workouts are awesome! To the OP the main thing is to MAKE time, not find time. Figure a way to fit a workout (or 2 or more shorter workouts) into your daily routine and then make them a priority.0 -
Could you please tell me what kind of desk bike you have? I was researching them but I always like to hear what works best from someone that is actually using a product.0

A desk bike?? I'd never heard of that. That is amazing! I wonder how many calories you burn and in what time limit? Just curious.0

working out before work used to be an option for me, but i started to lose sleep over it i had to give it up. Sleeping less than 5 hours a night is not healthy, for both my immune system and my waistline. So when you cannot get to bed earlier than at LEAST 11pm due to work/school/ other responsibilities and you have to be at the office by 7am, living 30 minutes away.
When is there time to work out AND get the necessary rest you need?0
