And I'm starting today. Those of you who want to start after Thanksgiving can do that if you want. Makes the first week a bit more tolerable since I can look forward to a glass of wine on Thursday.0

You picked the wrong time to start such a challenge...I applaud you for doing it but there are some Moscatos and Parrot Bay I need to be re-acquainted with, not to mention sweet potato pies cause we all know black people don't eat pumpkin pie...lol.0

There is always a reason to NOT start a lifestyle change. I am ready, regardless of the upcoming holidays. As I said, I will eat whatever I want on Thanksgiving. But that's it.0 -

Eggs
Protein shake
Flaxseed
Chicken
Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
Raw almonds

Today I had: eggs, almonds, chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, apple, Larabar, blueberries, talapia and a tomato. Probably about the same calories, etc as yesterday.
