    Huge difference darling! Now that you can see the results, hang both photos on your fridge or anywhere else you can see them many times per day and stay motivated! You've done so well! :))

    Hey, Absolutely amazing work, well done......great inspiration for others like me - I wanted to lose 25-30 lbs and am only circa 4 weeks and 9lbs down that road so seeing someone like you making such a difference really gives me a kick in the *kitten* and makes me want to keep going.....thanks and all the best, Dan x
