A couple of NSV's to share-

The other day I leaned over to kiss my husband good-bye as I headed back to work. He was home, just had surgery on his eyes so he was doing the whole "feely touchy thing" you know since he couldn't use his eyes. Well he went for my butt and as he did he said, wait where is your butt? This is where it usually is but I got nothing but baggy jeans- WOW that felt good! He even had me turn around just to to make sure he could find it...lol...men! But it made me feel really good to know that some of my 25 pounds have come off my rear!!
Then the other night while laying in bed, he comes to bed and rubs my shoulder- he then says, wow I just keep finding places on you that feel much smaller where you have lost weight. I found that funny since it was my shoulder you know... who would have thought anyone would have noticed my shoulder area being smaller. Again made me feel good and I realized that THIS IS WORKING and gave me a boost of "keep going you can do it" attitude. I really like it when my husband, who sees me everyday, notices that I have lost weight and can even say all the places he has noticed.

Thanks... and yes I do! He is a great "encourager", is that a word? Anyways he is doing MFP too so we keep each other going and keep each other accountable for what we do and eat! Congrats on your loss as well! Great job!0 -
I know what you mean! My husband has been making nice comments and noticing, as well. It is so nice! Congratulations on your loss so far! You are doing a tremendous job! I'm glad you have such a sweet, encouraging husband for support!0
