how much water?

When filling out your food diary, how big is the measure of water? I drink between 5 and 6 pints of water a day, but not sure how big the cups are for logging it? I have bee logging it as about 9 cups, as figured that was about half a pint but not sure?

1 cup = 8 oz, and a pint is 16 oz, so if you drink 5-6 pints that'd be 10-12 cups. so you are definitely well-hydrated
