30 Day Shred

So is 30 day shred for everyday or every other day? I've heard both. Do every other day to help your body heal inbetween days or fight through the soreness and do it every day.

    sometimes I do it twice a day. probably depends on your level of fitness, I think officially every day with one rest day a week. Every second day to me is bit light but if you are not used to exercising maybe that would be enough.

    Hola, you're meant to do it everyday but really, I think you should just work to your own level! See how you go doing it everyday, if you feel it's too much then reduce the frequency! Do it for a week and see how you go! I have the dvd and do it once a week on top of 3/4 classes and a cardio session at the gym! If you want the results in a month then hammer it everyday but I do think having a day off would benefit you...and rest your body!

    I do it every day, I'm currently on Day 23. However, I'm sure you could take a day off once a week and be okay too. It's totally doable to go all the way through - however the first four days are killer!
  • i started level 2 yesterday and only doing it monday to friday. works for me as get a break but still doing it 5 times a week. altogether takes 6 weeks instead of a month.
