I have literally moved from the largest setting on my belt to the smallest and it is still too large for me !
Guess I'll have to buy a smaller belt to hold up my too big trousers

In reality I am no where near my ultimate goal, that is another 70lbs off. I have intermediate goals of 10 lbs to keep me motivated, I am currently working toward target number 3
