I have a question. We have a lunch meeting at Vapiano from work and I usually ate a Parmesan Rucola Pizza. I can't figure out how much calories that one might have and when I wrote them an email they couldn't help.

here is a link to a picture I found of the pizza.

Any suggestions?

Afraid not - unless the company will post their nutritional info then you're sort of stuck.

The only suggestion I can make is to write it off as a meal you cannot track, enjoy every bite, and kick some major butt in a workout before/afterwards to make up for it!

    Vapiano's is DELICIOUS!
  • In Germany, the „Prosciutto e funghi“ pizza from Vapiano has 847 kcal / 385 g (220 kcal / 100 g). I suppose you could more or less use the same numbers for yours!

For a personal size pizza (8") you can figure two slices of a 16". Look up a 16" veggie pizza and log two slices of that. It won't be exact, but it should be close enough so you've got a better idea of your calories, carbs and fat grams and what not. Contrary to what we may think, the human body is not an exact science--at least not so far as our scientific and medical community can understand or explain.

They aren't giving out any information. I wrote them an email and got a "we are sorry" back.

Thank you for answering so fast. The Vapiano Thin Crust Veggie Pizza is in the food database: 1 slice 120 cal. I still think this Pizza has way more calories.

I might just ask them to make a small one, maybe I am lucky and they can do that.
