    Don't. Eat the salad & drink ice water with lemon instead. :)
  • If you have anough allowance for them then go for it - if not then steer clear - maybe make allowances to have them during the week?

    Compromise, get the bread-sticks, drop the butter, eat one then stop. Wait for a while, if you want another one , have it, if not, DO NOT TAKE THEM HOME!!!!!

    ^ This. Enjoy what you like, just practice keeping yourself in moderation and be aware of what you are putting in your mouth.

    If I thought changing my life would mean I was stuck on salads and lemonwater every day, I never would have even attempted to get back to a healthy weight.

    Well I have made the decision not to eat them. I ordered a sandwich instead. And it will be in calorie limits. Im going to save it for tomorrow with my family. Thanks everyone .. the only had thing is that im start to want to order things like that. Evan if I know its bad for me.
