How much do you drink daily?

Do you go with 8 glasses or do you do the half body weight in ounces or what?

I shoot for at least 64 oz but I am particularly proud when I get in more. :-) 70 oz would put me at half my body weight. I try for more on intense workout days since I sweat a lot out. (or at least I feel like I do LOL)

I shoot for 72oz. (3 of my water bottles), but I'd like to eventually get up to 100oz. Half my body weight would be about 110, but I've been told NOT to drink over 100oz. per day or you might be flushing out good stuff, too.

I try to maintain the 64 ounces. If I did half my body weight, I'd have a straw stuck in my mouth all the time. LOL

10 Cups at least. I think I do 1/2 body weight in ounces. I got the idea from an MFP Friend

I drink enough to avoid thirst. Some days I'm sure it more than 8 cups, sometimes probably less.

I used to drink nothing but diet soda all day every day, so yes, I am. Thanks for asking. :-)
