Fiber Filled Chicken Nuggets

We have all had drive thru chicken nuggets at some point in our lives. They take chicken (sometimes!) and fill it with junk and coat it in bread and deep dry that sucker. Not the best meal for you ya know! But I loveeee my chicken nuggies so my fiancee and I came up w/ a fiber filled chicken nuggie recipe inspired by 1 of our friends! Easy, yummy, and kids will love it!!
