    You should be fine. It is only a daily recommendation. The most important one is the calories. I usually go over ALOT on protein, but that is only because it fills me up. So... IMO I wouldn't worry about it.

    its ok your diet is suppose to consist of mostly carbs because when you work out you burn carbs before you can burn fat.
