Hi all, I joined over a year ago and used the tool for about a week. I thought I was overweight then but I just logged back on today to find that I'm 12 lbs more than the same time last year! This has to stop.

So this is just to say hi and this time I'm committed to reach my goal. I aim to be smack bang in the middle of my recommended bmi and that's 59 lbs away.

    I'm feeling really good about this so far but I definitely think that having some support is a great way to keep it up.
