Hello to all. Been with MFP since Jully of 2011. I must say that I find it amazing. Downloaded the app on my cell and down goes the weight. 30lbs and counting :happy: My goal is to get under 200lbs. I havent done that in over 10 years so I am taking it slow. Feel free to add me as a friend because I need as much support from others as I can. Good Luck to all!! And have fun with it.
