How can I absolutely make sure I lose 10 pounds in the next 30 days.? I have started tracking today, 1200 cals a day. Set my goal for 6 workouts a day, 30min to an hour. My workouts consists of Banish Fat, Shred and no more trouble zones (30 Day Challenge). Advice?
**Note** My goal is 10 pounds but if I can't get exactly 10 pounds I'd like to get as close as possible.
Thanks guys!

I been losing 11 pounds a month. It is possible and some of the things you mentioned is what im doing. 60 min work outs every single day. and i also watch my portion sizes but still eat anything i want:) oh but 1,200 calories i go way higher then that though
Good luck0 -
why is the thirty day timeline so imperative?0

I have been averaging 7-8 pounds a month.. and I do eat anything I want too! but there is no sure way of anything... just eat healthy, exercise, and do your thing and you should be on the right track.0

Just make sure you are still eating enough to fuel your workouts; this may mean you need to eat more than 1200. Cutting calories is more for losing weight while NOT exercising - if you do it while you exercise there's a chance (a big one) that your body will start retaining because it is in starvation mode.

The closer that you are to your goal weight--the more difficult this will become. If you only have 10 pounds left to lose....I'd actually double or triple the time frame for those pounds. Though it's possible to lose this weight in 30 days, I encourage you to be content with any loss during the next 30 days.0

Oh i'm not at all close to my gaol weight. I have 49 pounds to loose. I just put my ticker that way so I won't have to look at such a big number.0 -
That's what i've been doing eating really anything I want. But i've only lost inches. Not any pounds, so I thought maybe if I would start tracking I'd loose pounds instead of just inches.0

My goal is to lose 10lbs a month but i am losing anywhere between 8-10 a month which is good enough for me. 4 days a week i eat 1200 calories or less and then the other 3 i eat more to change up my metabolism. I exercise probably 3 days a week and walk as close to 2 miles a day as possible. I have asthma so cardio isnt the easiest thing for me to do so i find other ways to get my work outs in. The days you exercise eat some of your exercise cals if thats something you dont do all the time already. You do not want to get your body in starvation mode so just change it up every once ina while. good luck to ya0

I agree completely with that!!
Feed your metabolism! If you starve it AND work out HARD... you are really resetting it to hang on to the energy stores it currently has (fat)
Don't be afraid of protien and using some weights! Often women are afraid of 'bulking up' if they lift weights...but, it is PROVEN SCIENCE that muscle mass burns more! So, go pump some iron and if it's a quick 10 you with to drop.... and IF it's only for the next 30 days... I'd suggest a High protien, Low carb, Fat restricted severly diet. Do go easy when you begin to reintro Carbs though, as often people just dump it back into their diet and the metabolism hasn't had a chance to incorporate it so it gets turned into stored energy (=fat)
Good Luck... and Be healthy0 -
I lost about 10 a month.. I cut out all pop, coffee, sugars, and sweets. I also limited breads and pastas, and I increased water, protein and vegs.
With your work out you should loose it pretty quick...
GOOD LUCK!0
