    Thanks very much. I think you just have to be true to yourself. I weighed everything and entered everything into the diary. There's no point in cheating yourself. If you really want to do it, you can do it.
    Also, the running really has made a difference. Really, although I run to get fit, actually I run so that I can eat more food! The food is much more enjoyable when you have earned it! (but no deep fried mars bars please)!

    Just keep trying and dont give up. It really is worth it! :flowerforyou:
