I eat so well all day. Like fantastic. Then at night binge binge binge. This only happens when I'm home from school typically (I don't keep much food in my dorm)
How do I stop this?
I am so torn.
I feel like this week I've ruined all of my work.

I'm like this too.
I stick with only having healthy things in the house --- so at least when I snack, its not that bad (and it doesn't make me want to binge as much -- no fun binging on celery).0 -
Well there are 2 strategies I can think of. Either
a) try to save up some calories during the day so you can eat them up at night. (but preferably have your "binge" on healthy food rather than junk food)
b) eat more during the day so you're too full to want to binge later.
In either case, if you're going to binge, try eating something low in calories and fibrous like carrots, as opposed to, say, chips.
What sort of calorie deficit / net calorie target are you running lately? A leading cause of binging is running too much of a calorie restriction for a length of time.0 -
That happens to me too! Boredom? Stress?0

I'm working back up to maintainence. I will try to use these methods.
I average about 1200 currently. I had been restricting to about 1000 +- 100 or so for a while, so I am slowly upping (I know that was too low)
I weigh 115 I'm about 5'50
