Iron rich foods?

Looking at my daily diet I am pretty low in Iron...I don't really eat red meat simply because I don't like the taste. Occasionally, I will eat a steak but that's about it.
Just wondering if you know of any iron rich foods which I can incorporate into my daily diet...I suppose I could take a multi vitamin too.
Thanks!

hi jonna - I also worry about this and I do eat red meat occasionally, also nuts, seeds and big quantities of green leafy veg. Occasionally I eat fortified breakfast cereal but I normally prefer yogurt and seeds. Not sure what else I can do.0

green vegetables are often high in iron... spinach, broccoli, kale, bok choy
Beets are also high in iron, so are lentils, almonds and sunflower seeds... lots of stuff not just meat0 -
molasses are a quick and easy fix, lots of calcium in there too0

Thanks for the ideas everyone got in all my iron plus some yesterday eating lots of greens!0
