I'm the one on the left. I look happy, but I was miserable, trying to fit into a large shirt that was clearly far too small for me at the time.
I remember never feeling good about myself.
Never liking Holidays because it's just another time for me to get fatter because of all the food, and I had no self control, or rather I didn't care.
For the last 4 years I've been yoyoing between 192 and 204.
In May, I had jumped back up to 198, 2 pounds short of 200. On my 5'3 frame, I finally broke down and said enough was enough.
Since then I have lost 40 pounds from my heaviest weight, and 28 pounds since I started my journey in June.

Today is Thanksgiving for us Americans. Today is a day many of us will worry about calories, or overeating, or some of us just won't care.
Today is the day I will enjoy this Holiday, watch what I eat only in portion sizes, rather than calories. Because I've realized one day over calories is not going to make me regain 40 pounds. But over calories repeatedly day after day will.

So with that said. Everyone enjoy today!

Today I am 164 pounds and Loving it!
