    Mine is nothing structured, just the last tiny run before the half on Sunday!

    2 or 3 miles, tops. Then food. Lots and lots of food.

    Thanks for this! The first ever Thanksgiving I am CHOOSING to get up early and go run 5 miles on the waterfront. I'm either crazy or committed to this life change I've made.

    I really WANT to go run tomorrow morning, but I sprained my ankle on Sunday night, and it's not up to a run yet. Maybe there's time for a bike ride.

    I just had a fantastic 4 mile run. I think I burned just enough calories for a huge piece of pie with whipped cream! Enjoy your day everybody!!!

    I got in 10 this morning to try to negate some of my food! Forgot to stretch afterward, so I am feeling it in my hamstrings for sure.
