The "Turkey" in Turkey Dinner!

Hello all, I'm Jade and I just have a quick question on the "turkey" in our beloved turkey dinners! When I punch in turkey on the track food device, it says only 22 calories per slice? Now I eat white meat on the turkey but this cannot be right? Is turkey really that low calorie? Basically does anyone know how many calories are in an average serving of white meat turkey? (The breast.)

~ Thanks for your time. I hope MFP isn't wrong! I'll be eating on that turkey for the next two weeks!

With skinless, white turkey breast it is about 90 calories for 3 oz or a deck of cards.

Edited to say: I think that is for turkey meat from the deli... Maybe?

Depends on what turkey entry it was... could've been for sandwich turkey, which being process will be lower calories. I used the butterball entry for the turkey I cooked which was 170 calories for 4 oz.

I used the Butterball Thanksgiving Turkey one, it seemed to be more accurate sodium wise.

Actually turkey is one of the best lean protein. That is not the dangerous part of the thanksgiving dinner.
