I see all these amazing women over the pond lifting and i go to the gym only to find a sausage fest..

    I am too but sometimes i'd like some girly company to help me elbow the meathead with massive arms and tiny legs out of the way.
    Or to check my form/ spot me..

    when i used to go the gym i went to bodypump classes and lifted a lot of weight, but now i just do dvds at home Jillian Michaels

    I'm in the UK and lift.

    I wish there were more women where I am that do, the gym I go to is like a powerlifters / bodybuilders one so there's loads of massive guys and I'm the only girl :( Although I did see a woman there today! but I can probably still count on one hand the amount of times that's happened in well over a year lol

    It's the same all the world 'round!

    What's even worse than not having other girls around is having to share a piece of equipment with a guy and then having to decrease the weight for him when I'm done my set!! ;)
