Am I the only one who likes having muscly thighs? (men you don't count) I've played sport my whole life and to me bigger thighs mean I can play it better.

The idea they need to be tiny annoys me!

My thighs have definitely shrunk since losing weight, but they are by no means "tiny," and I don't think they will ever be. I love that there's a smaller amount of fat on them now, because I can poke them and feel the hard muscle underneath... that's totally new to me, and quite frankly, I love it. I would never want to lose that muscle.

But then, I've enjoyed playing sports for a good decade now (started with rugby in high school, then soccer in university) and I agree that strong thighs help a great deal! :D (I'm also running and strength training now, and I need my muscles to do a 5k in 26 minutes or to squat 85+ lbs!).

    So.. thigh solidarity, sistah! ;)

I like substantial thighs too! Less fat would be fine but stronger the better!

Def need good thighs in rugby! I'd rather be strong then skinny. And as you can see from my photo I NEED strong thighs or I'm not getting a decent push off for the pitch.

I don't want scrawny thighs. My thighs are the only part of me that I've always liked. And I don't want a "thigh gap." Spongebob has a thigh gap.

I don't want them to be skinny, but I don't want them to be fat either. Strong would be nice! I just don't want them to be squishy anymore. :)

I wouldn't mind big muscular thighs. I just don't like the huge stores of fat that are currently located OVER my muscles, especially when the rest of my body is pretty lean.
  • nope. love my thighs :) put alot of work into them

A guy in a gym actually asked me what I did to make my calves so muscle y.......'Er nothing much it's genetic'
, I would like slender calves they look a lot more elegant in high heels IMO, but there you go - he had the slender calves.
  • I don't mind firm thighs...which I'm working on-but my prob area is my thighs/hips. I have to be very careful just not to gain fat in this area. By doing JM killer bus&thighs, plus Turbo Fire, I'm toning it. So it looks more slightly slimmer, but with good definition. I do wish I could do skinny jeans...but I'm just not there yet (I guess I don't feel comfortable yet w/my thighs)
