You can't forget to live your life... you should've gone to the wine and cheese!
Somedays if you have too much, it's okay, as long as you're not lapping your calorie goal.
You have to save those "under my calorie goal" days for something.

Nothing!!! I had 1 small plate of all my favorites and said NO to desert today. I came in 5 under my calories for the day! I did take the day off from my treadmill, elliptical and bike.0

Walking. Not because I needed exercise, but because we looked at every single car and truck at the Autorama. Yes, my husband and I went out to eat with my mom for lunch, then hit the Autorama after and walked for over 2 hours. My legs and feet were so sore, but great fun was had.0
