I'm with the 50-100 lbs group and my new exergame makes me WANT TO EXERCISE!

My last wo was 185 cals for 29 mins!

    You should try kickboxing or Turbo Jam. The 20 min workout burns like 294 calories =]

    i did one workout earlier today - 25 minutes of cardio kickboxing and burned 233 calories. i plan on doing another workout tonight but havent decided which yet - might try my new zumba game or dvd
