Hi,

I'm 28 years old and I live in rural NSW. I am a High School Teacher and I have tried many different weight loss programs. Weight Watchers, Shakes, Duromine, the list goes on. I have successfully lost weight before by recording EVERYTHING including food, drink, exercise and daily weight. But the kgs (or lbs lol) have slowly crept back on.

My Current weight is 134Kgs (295lbs)
My IDEAL Goal weight is 80Kgs (176lbs) but realistically I would be happy to be between 90-100kgs (198-220lbs)
I am 179cm tall.

I have been using the myfitnesspal app on my iphone for 5 days now and it is amazing how easy it is. I especially love <3 the barcode scanner.

Any other Aussies out there... I'd love to hear from you.

    I'm in western Australia but I flit from the hammersly ranges in the pilbara to perth

    Good luck with the weigth loss thing, I'm from Perth and I've been using the app on my Iphone on and off for more than a year now.
    It's incredible how things change when you realise how much foof you're consuming during the day.
