Back to 1200 for remainder of the week?

So, I had an INTENSE Thanksgiving food-wise. I'm at 1300 calories but was thinking of going down to 1200 for the next 6 days to balance out (at least some of) the damage done yesterday. Does this makes sense? Like a mini zig zag sort of thing?

If you're already typically at 1300, 1200 should be doable. I have off the rest of the weekend so I personally just plan to be active all weekend!0

I would stay at your 1300 calories....just make smart food choices for the rest of the week. It was only one day and it shouldn't impact you too much! If you drop too low you might not see results...! Drink lots of water and get in a workout!0
