Unexpected NSV in only 6 weeks!

I don't know if it is the healthier diet, or exercise that can be credited for this, well I guess it must be a combination of both, but in only six weeks I have gone from a 40B UK bra to a 36D!!

I started at 154 lbs, and have lost 10.5lbs and am 5ft 7ins. I can also record that I have lost a massive 5 inches off my waist.

I have to say, I'm delighted with the result, and hope to make further improvements along the way. :happy:

    Excellent!!! I wish I could say the same, at 26.5 lbs down, I have only lost 2.5 insches off the waist and massive muffin top... I think it will be the last to go on me...

    Keep it up....!!! Amazing effort.

    Yes it is...........and I reckon it's thanks to Jillian Michaels' 30DS as I wasn't losing many inches before doing that!

    If I had a secret, it would be this. Keep the carb intake lowish, between 40g and 70g a day, try and eat 1g of protein per 1lb of your bodyweight, do a mix of cardio and strength exercises, and keep moving as much as possible, and oh, don't starve yourself!!
