Here is the challenge for week 9:
-Do 3-5 days of cardio this week
-15 pushups
-25 squats
-25 jumping jacks
-eat recommended number of calories each day, and remember your water

I lost one pound.....at 135. I was SO excited last night, after eating three meals and drinking tons of water, I got on the scale fully clothed - multiple layers because I'm freezing half to death all the time - with shoes on, and was STILL under 140!

Ok everyone - I'm IN! I might have a tough week this week, but I will make up for it after the holiday! My goal weight for Christmas is 140 and I plan to make it! We can all do this!!! Good first challenge prarienewf!0 -

Good Morning Ladies!! Here is the challenge for week 10:
-Try to get at least 200 minutes of exercise this week
-jump rope for 1 minute twice a day (you don't need an actual rope, just go through the motions)
-drink 10-12 glasses of water everyday

Weighed in still at 135. Thank goodness LOL. I am 400 cals under net for the week and somehow didn't go over yesterday, which was what I was saving up for. I made an apple pie last night and had one piece - think I'll eat some more tonight! Yum!!!
My fail for the last two days has been water. I've been drinking diet soda.0 -

I completely forgot to weigh this week. I'd been so good so that I could indulge on things like butter and potatoes for Thanksgiving and then could barely manage any of it...dieting has ruined me lol.

I ate horrible today!!!! For lunch I ate a pice of turtle brownie cake...supper I had taco salad & chicken wings...I must say though that it was good while I was eating it, but I feel pretty guilty about it now!! Oh well, tomorrow is a new day!:) Off to the rink to go skating with my girls, I'll have to do a few extra laps LOL!!0

Hey, we all fall off from time to time, but you have been consistently losing and should be proud of your progress! I love this week's challenge by the way! I am determined for this week to be a loss! Everyone is doing so well!0 -
Gained a little over Thanksgiving weekend...cuz in our family Thanksgiving goes on for 4 days!! But, happy to say I've been drinking tons of water and most of it seems to be coming off! :drinker:0
