hello all, just after a bit of advice. im try to eat as healthy as i can but my diet does often go over on my sugar allowance. i know this is prob the cause of my spots not getting any better. i have never been spotty in my life only once i hit 25. i was just after some advice of low sugar healthy skin foods. i do eat vegetables but i need some ideas for breakfast and lunches. i work shifts so stuff i can cook and take to work would be ideal. thanks in advance

    Dryness:
    - Low Omega 3 intake
    - Too hot showers
    - Moisturize?

    Spots
    - How is your zinc and selenium intake?
    - Water intake?

Have you had that fringe in your picture for long? Whenever I have a full fringe I get more spots. I've cut my fringe shorter, thinned it & it's more a side fringe now, my skin has improved so much now :)!
  • DIY natural face masks! They really do help, just look for some tutorials on youtube. :)
i personally would recommend this one:

It depends on where your spots are? If you mean acne, losing weight releases hormones and creates acne. Not much you can do to combat it but use acne treatments. And dryness? Its getting to be winter so dryness will be a little more common but I'd see my doctor if drinking more water doesnt help.

I never got spots until I was an adult but I never had a sweet tooth until I had my first pregnancy. If i go in the sauna at the gym I get big lumps under my skin on my chin- like spots that never get a head. If I eat chocolate I get proper zits on my chin. Its guaranteed, eat a chocolate bar and within the next 3 days I will get a spot! Try a bit of an elimination diet, if there are things that you think might trigger them them cut them out for a month and reintroduce. For me its literally milk chocolate, not other sugars so it must be something in the mixture. Good luck x
