Reintroducing Myself

Was here a few months ago, lost 7 or 8 pounds and was almost at my goal, when I stopped going to the gym and started eating like crap again. Gained all of it back so I'm back. :).

A little about me, I'm 24, married and have a 2 1/2 year old son. I run, practice yoga (mostly ashtanga), and am vegetarian. Trying to get back into strength training, but it just bores me to death.

Let's be friends!

Strength training can get interesting every time you switch it up. Maybe find a 12week program to follow? It sure helped my boredom factor. That and pushing your limits. Challenging the body challenges the mind. Pretty much what I do when I get bored. I have good music on my MP3, too. It gets me "pumped". I love Little Wayne (for) workouts!

I think I ge bored cause I don't know what to do so I do the same machine circuit every single time. Can you recommend a good program that i could adopt?
