Well, Thanksgiving is over for another year. I am looking forward to Christmas now (it's my fav holiday). I've been off track the last 2 days (on purpose I might add) and am back on the wagon today. Send me supportive vibes as we go along our day!! Love you MFP :)

Its all about support. Good for you for having purpose behind your eating! Or choosing not to watch, however you want to put it. We all deserve a day or two off every now and again!

I'm right there with you. The past couple of days were delicious but it feels good to be back on the wagon!

think of all the thanksgiving food as a shock to your system. kind of like unplugging your wireless router to get it working back at 100%.

  • Indeed, I only allow myself to drink gravy once a year now and that's on turkey day, or tofuturkey day if ur that way, and yep back on track now. Ill have some gravy on xmas but not the 8people glasses the doctor reccomends! We are back on the waggon and holdin on tight!

I agree, Turkey Reboot -- ha ha, love it.. I like the idea of shocking the system and then going back to 'normal' I have learned alot about myself and what my body doesn't like now that it has gone without and got a taste again this weekend.
