So, i havent gotten any progress and i need some help with motivation. Im 17, and i really want to lose weight. but i need some help with exercise. Does anyone know any things i can do that will keep me active? Im not looking for a gym, thats too expensive, but im just looking for some easy, simple exercises that will keep me fit. That doesnt require extra tools i have to buy.

In all honesty - walking.
If you have a good 30 mins free in a day, try walking daily. It's very simple, easy and if you have the time it will do only good for you.
Better yet, if you have a dog like me, walk her/him daily! Two birds with one stone?
At the very least it's daily exercise and its counting towards your goal.0 -

walking!! Its one of the cheapest forms of cardio out there (cost of your shoes and clothes and that is it!). I too have a dog so I get in 1.5 miles walking her. Also, do you drive to school (being 17 I'm assuming your still in high school)? If so, you could park in the back of the lot and walk to the building instead of trying to find the closest spot (same thing at stores!). Wear a pedometer (less than $10) and aim to get 10,000 steps a day. You'll be surprised how quick it can add up!
Hope these ideas help! Keep at!0 -
Honestly, just start walking. Find a park, a trail, or even just around your neighborhood. Try to walk at a brisk pace, nonstop for 45-60 minutes 5-6 times a day. Walking burns fat, especially from the tummy area. If you want to build lean muscle, start running. Running burns fat from the hip area.0

I'm guessing that you have some form of sporty footwear... Walking or jogging is great because it's not to intense and some even find it relaxing. TREAT YOURSELF TO A NICE RELAXING WALK
P.S I know everybody is saying walking but it really is one of the best exercises out there.
If you wish to increase the intensity then try running or skipping.0
