Hey there! Finally getting to it.

I've been struggling to lose about 25 pounds of extra weight for a while now. Hopefully this will give me that extra push to get it done, so I can be happier and healthier. Here we go. :)

    I find the hardest part....is getting motivated to do it. This is my third go round on losing weight (and hopefully my last). I know for a while (sometimes several months) that I should lose weight, but can't get motivated to start. You have taken a big step and made the committment to get it done.

    Now get into a routine and stay with it. I find after two weeks or so, I find "my groove" and it becomes easy. I want to work out, feel bad if I miss one. I watch what I eat and count calories and the weight comes off and the pant sizes shrink.
