Rotissery chicken question

How many oz of meat do you typically get? I ate at least 1/2 chicken (no skin) and trying to figure out what I should record.....

    4 oz is an average serving of meat.

    That really depends on the size of the chicken in my opinion... I usually eat a good sized rotisserie chicken breast for about 6-7 ounces. Search Swiss Chalet Rotisserie Chicken. You will more than like get 1/4 chicken options there... choose 1 for light, and 1 for dark if you have to! ;)
