Heyy. Does anyone know how many calories 1/4 of a large chocolate mousse cake would have roughly? I'm guessing about 500? MFP doesn't have the particular cake :(

695cal - that's what the one at Harvester has, so I guess more likely in that region then in a 500er ^^ again, it depends on your portion size. Go for a smaller one and don't stress, you are allowed to treat yourself now and then. Otherwise you just set yourself up for fail

Not sure on the calories but does it really matter? Have a small piece, do whatever exercise you normally do and enjoy your dad's birthday. You can't do that every day but one day here and there isn't going to hurt. It's unrealistic to think you're never going to go over your calorie limit again:)

    Birthday's are to be enjoyed.
Cake for birthdays does not have calories worth counting.
So have fun, and enjoy the birthday and the cake!

Not sure but when I used to go to weight watchers a bite of birthday cake chocolate or vanilla was any where from 70-100 calories!!!
