I'm thinking its time for a little detox...

Ok maybe not a complete detox but since Halloween I have been out of control with my sweets which has also got me on a slippery slope with my carbs so I am thinking for the next week it is really time to cut out my candy and my baked goodies and take my carb intake down a notch. I'm not cutting off my carbs completely because I think it would make me so b****y that my husband would never speak to me again and my kids would hate me! I guess I am just saying that its time to take control again! Anyone else feel like they need to do this to?
