I thought it would be cool to share what inspires each of us.
For me, this picture reminds me of how awesome it feels to be an athlete

And this short video reminds me of the bigger picture. Of how grateful I should be to have each day and love each second.

Is that you in the photo? All athletes inspire me. No matter what sport, they all have unique bodies fit to that sport. I can't do everything, but especially love staring at figure competitors. I love all people that push their limits; all inspirations!

My son Owen. Well all my kids, but especially Owen. He is almost two and was born with multiple physical disabilities. He can't walk but he figures out how to roll to what he wants, scoot, and move all the best ways he can. He has tons of physical therapy and every minute of it is hard on him. But he does it and if he can, I can certainly get in shape to keep up with him and his brothers! I owe it to them and myself.

    This guy's story inspires me.

    So does this:

PS Ben Davis (the guy in the 2nd story) is featured in the current issue of Runner's World.

What inspires me are the older members of my church. Some have health problems, some can barely walk, but they still pull it together enough to come to church, flash a smile and a fluttery wave to folks around them and be there.
