I just started on MFP and I have been looking into Health supplements for a little while now to help speed up my metabolism a little bit. Does anyone have any recomendations for good brands of health supplements? Or personal experience with using them? I have been told that Ripped ABS extreme male fat burner is good for people who like to play lots of sports and stay physical but I dont wanna start taking something that isnt right for me.

    My doctor did my blood work and was astonished at how low my b count was. She made me start taking a vitamin b complex supplement. It has made me feel soo much better, especially since I was deficient in vitamin b for so long, but has also worked wonders for my metabolism. It boosts it a lot.

    fatburners/diet pills.... complete scam...

    if u want something good u can get ECA stack it will cost alot less and is ALOOOOT more effective then any diet pill on the market...

    then u can go into more of underground stuff like CLEN etc but wouldnt suggest it as i know 2 people that have took it and it effed up their thyroid n now their overweight n on meds...

    ECA stack is not a diet pill per say... its a STACK! of 3 compounds... Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin.... ephedrine is banned in diet and fat burner pills but u can buy it at supplement stores stand alone 5-25mg pills as "nasal decongestant"...

    CLEN is a medical drug for another reason and not a fat burner or a diet pill...

    the ECA stack is a drug combination used in weight loss and as a stimulant. and yeah ephedrine was banned because many people died from it.

    and look i am not against diet pills, but dont say something isnt when it is. and what this is is basically semi legal speed.

    yes ephedrine was banned from diet pills and fat burners because people were dying because of false marketing and peoples stupidity...

    ECA stack what does it do... raise ur heart rate and metabolism through out the day... so if you take an over weight person whose heart rate is high already and when they do light exercise its getting in the danger zone now add ECA stack on top of that, extra dose cuz u want "better quicker results".. recepie for a heart failure..

    on other hand if a person knows exactly what ECA stack does to ur body and u put it to work in ur favour and not overdose on it.. its not bad...

    same as i can take a bottle of advil eat it all at once because i have a headace and i die from it... is it the advils fault or is it my stupidity?

    when OP asked which diet pill or fat burner.. obvisly hes talkin about crap thats on the shevles in a supplement store... n yes their all BS... now if i told him.. go buy some ECA stack and CLEN.. he walks into a supplement store not knowing wtf it is and cant find it in a store because it doesnt say ECA FAT BURNERS...

    ECA stack and clen are not sold as fat burners or diet pills.. but they can be used as a fat burner very effectivily if all 3 compounds put all togather....

    no does not appear to being sold on the marked as a diet pill or fat burner at all.

    look again i am not against such thing , one of the few on here thats not, infact when i get through the holiday money spending will probably order some, because well ephedrine works nicely.

    i am just saying call it what it is.

    if you want to say it say well most of them don't work that well but i found one that is pretty good.

    dont just say the all do not work , then suggests something , then try to represent it as something besides what it is.
