    I don't like burpees, including the ones with pushups and I don't like jump lunges.

    I thought for sure my least favorite would be crunches and anything to do with ab work, but they have turned out to be my favorites, I though my favorites and most easily done would be leg work outs like squats and lunges but I hate them! My legs hurt worse then anything else. Maybe my upper body is in more shape then I gave it credit for? lol

    probably squats because they are the most intense exercise to perform....but that also makes them my most favorite exercise.

    Lunges!! Side or just regular, they kill my knees!! All you hear when I do those is grind, grind, snap and pop!! My wife hates doing these with me as she can't stand the sound!

    Running. It's not fun, people who run just tell everyone it is in a sort of "Emperor's New Clothes"-esque plot :D

    Also, lunges, but I do them because they are awesomely effective -but boy do I hate them.

    Basically anything that involves planks or push ups. So yes I hate burpees, plank jacks, mountain climbers and all variations of pushups,most of them I have to do from my knees.

    I hate the cycling machine and the rowing machine. I avoid the cycling machine because the guy at the gym told me there are better exercises for legs than the cycling machine anyway. Although I use the rowing machine because I just feel like I should work my upper body a bit too, but I hate it.
