sweet tooth and pear shaped victim.

Ok so apparently I'm already small for my height
I am 5'7.7 and weigh 119-121lbs . I know I'm not fat or overweight by any means, but I'm working hard to be part of this model agency and according to them, I still need to loose more weight and slim my thighs.
I do like my body, but since I'm a pear shaped victim, my thighs will always be my main issue.
I started to lose 8-10 pounds by eating healthy and exercising moderately back in March of this year and stopped because I didn't see a point to lose any more.
But now it has been so hard to shed AT LEAST 5 more pounds to be 'accepted' as a runway model.
The thing is I am IN LOVE with sweets and I can't go a day without having a candy in my organism, it could as little as a fork full of cake or as big as a brownie or whole piece of cake or even poptarts !!!! those cruel little *kitten*.
I wouldn't want to go back to the days were I felt that eating under a thousand calories would be best and throwing up my dinner when I felt like I ate too much crap or skipping meals or simply fasting.
I even upped my cals to 1700 per day to see if my body likes it better, because I was actually starving lately by eating only 1200-1400 and I don't know why, because I lost weight this way and did feel full and pleased for the whole day.
well I mainly need some tips to how to cut carbs and SWEETS, some exercises that will help me slim my thighs and not bulk them like most exercises and tone up without gaining weight !

I'm pear-shaped as well. Running is the only thing that has changed my thighs!0

I'm currently working on eating a ratio of 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% good fats at each meal, and I have seen a HUGE drop in my desire for sweets. In fact, I haven't had any sweets for three days.I have a considerable sweet tooth, so this is a major triumph for me. Bringing down my carbs and upping my protein from how I used to eat has really done the trick for me.0

its probably exercise and specific toning you need for your thighs! you cant diet and lose in specific places. you should google/youtube some in/outer thigh and quad strength exercises and stuff. this modeling thing is so harsh.. i know its prob what you want and you've been working for but you're just so awesome and beautiful the way you are. but if it means that much to you that would be my advice. best of luck!. x0

just avoid chocolate. normal sugary candy has no fat in it anyways.0

my weight loss picked up when i started eating more as well. i really didn't think that was possible or wouuld ever be something that worked for me! i like that you want to do this your way- change your muscle tone instead of starve your beauty away. don't stop that attitude0
