a little to lose but a lot to change

I only have about ten pounds to lose and I lose weight fairly easily. I am looking for a buddy that wants to get into the HABITof working out and eating healthy. I have a very busy life and as I'm getting older I'm beginning to feel the effects of my lifestyle. I want to adopt healthy habits that make me feel better daily.Anyone else in the same boat?
