Just joined today

Hi Everyone,

I'm Johnny, I just joined today. I'm 35, and I used to be a complete Athlete about 5 years ago. Powerlifting, Martial Arts, Hockey, the whole thing.

Family, work and life slowed me down, and I dropped pretty much everything. I've been trying to get back into my old game for about 2 years now without success, and I'm not sure it's even possible, with my current schedule.

So I'm starting slow, trying to eat better, and do some simple jogging. Nothing drastic, just twice a week. I'm about 30 pounds overweight, which is achievable.

Looking for some online friends to keep me motivated!
