    I got in one mile yesterday - was hoping for more, but I was on dog duty (long story) so I managed to sneak in a mile on the dreadmill while hubby was in the shower. I'm getting ready to go for today's mile even though I already did an hour of Zumba and raked/bagged leaves today.

    Is the spreadsheet working out okay so far?

    Does it count for today and tomorrow if I just run 6 miles tomorrow?? I haven't ran yet today (but did 1.5 hours of Zumba). :tongue:

    Thursday I ran 7.31 miles
    Friday only got on 1.06 miles
    Saturday (today) got 3.01 miles
    Looking forward to tomorrow! Need to keep moving marathon weekend is coming quick! Jan 7th half marathon and jan 8th is the full marathon. Can't wait!

    Did a quick 1.01 mile run today. Tomorrow is suppose to be my longer run. We'll see what the weather brings!

    Don't worry. I'm already behind too. I did a great 5 mile run on Thanksgiving and then woke up on Friday with a cold. Haven't been able to do anything else since. I will try and pick it back up once I am well again. My timing sucks! :grumble:

    I did the eliptical yesterday instead of run. I will definately log my mile today though! I'm planning to run a couple miles!

    Ran 3.16 miles today! Was beginning to think it wasn't going to happen but I pushed my butt to the gym walked out with more than planned!

    I officially SUCK! I ran the first 2 days and haven't ran since then! :noway:

    I've been doing other stuff, though, so it's not like I'm just not working out. Anyway, here's an interesting article from active.com about running in the winter...thought I'd share:
